Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements - Active Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Current BLS certification (if required).
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
