Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,333 to $2,533 per week in Prattville, AL

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• MSPT or DPT required
• 1 year of experience accepted

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirement
• No weekend rotation
• May be asked to assist with holiday coverage, including Thanksgiving or Christmas
• May float within the hospital, including Med Surg, ICU, and ED
• 3 days of department orientation
