Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Completion of specialty-specific competency exam with 80% or passing score
- Current immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, annual TB testing
- Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and comprehensive background checks
- Professional references from supervisors within the past three years
