Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist jobs in San Jose, CA let you deliver direct patient care and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function. You will evaluate patients, set goals, implement therapy, and provide education to patients and families. This role requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree, a current California PT license, Basic Life Support, and a National Provider Identifier. Experience in outpatient orthopedics.
