Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2466.00 - $2541.00
Home Health experience required, LIC in hand, Homecare Homebase preferred. EMR systems: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook. 2 year experience.
Coverage: Bergen, Passaic and Morris counties
Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Home Health PT(Compact Accepted) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
