Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluations and treatment planning.
• Experience supervising PT Assistants and aides preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records for evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Schedule preference noted: 4x9s and 1x4 preferred (client-preferred schedule).
• Start: Assignment begins in April 2026; 13 week assignment.
• May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
