AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Live Oak, California, 95953!
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as needed
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
- Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
