- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
