Seven Healthcare are seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a travel assignment at the Outpatient Satellite Rehabilitation Services in Gilford, NH. The role requires working independently to support patients, including those recovering from joint surgeries, in a dynamic outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Experienced Physical Therapist- Verify and review all provider orders and apply pertinent medical information
- Demonstrate knowledge of the impact of chronic illness
- Consider age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural, and vocational status
- Understand and address challenges from acute care episodes
- Exhibit competence in administering standardized tests, scales, and tools
Requirements of the Experienced Physical Therapist- New Hampshire or Compact PT license, or willingness to obtain a temporary license
- Experience in outpatient settings
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to electronic medical records
