Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an exciting travel contract role based in Lemoyne, PA. This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients, contributing to a supportive and therapeutic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
  • Performs physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders/referrals
  • Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
  • Reviews patient records for diagnosis, medical history, precautions, and contraindications
  • Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan
  • Reassesses treatment effectiveness and modifies goals as necessary
  • Communicates patient needs and progress to the team, physician, and family members
  • Consults with medical providers on patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge
  • Assists in acquiring adaptive equipment to enhance patient rehabilitation programs
  • Maintains documentation in line with regulations
  • Adheres to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and professional standards
  • Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
  • Participates in staff development programs and obtains required continuing education

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • PA License required
  • Experience with HCHB and Oasis
  • Travel experience across York, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties
