Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Kauai Veteran’s Memorial Hospital, Waimea, Hawaii
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Urgency: Quick Start / ASAP
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility as needed
Saturday:Required – Must be available to work Saturdays
EMR: Cerner
BLS/BCLS: Required
Hawaii PT License:Must be currently active; candidates will need to obtain Hawaii PT licensure ASAP if not already licensed
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
Overtime: After 40 hours/week
Facility Size: 0–49 beds
Trauma Level: N/A
