Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,454 per week in Calverton, MD

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Maryland or Compact license must be active Certifications: BLS Must-Have: HCHB experience, OASIS paperwork experience Description: Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays. Coverage for PTO required in assigned areas. Experience with HCHB (Pointcare) is needed. Knowledge of OASIS paperwork is essential. Daily patient ratio is approximately 6-7 patients. Candidates must be willing to float within their scope of practice. Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services and social services. Patient demographics will include adults and geriatrics. Candidates must be tobacco-free, as this is a tobacco-free facility. A positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation. Two supervisor references are required for consideration.
