Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
- Administer complex therapeutic exercises
- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients and caregivers in improving functional mobility
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides
- Ensure appropriate use of adaptive equipment
- Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Valid Physical Therapy license in NC
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Oasis Assessment
- Experience with EMR - HCHB
