Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,466 per week in Rock Hill, SC

Will provide home health services. Approximately six visits per day expected. Patient types include adults with chronic diseases, wound care, IV therapy, pleurx, and wound vac management. Skills in disease teaching and assessment are necessary. Experience with geriatric and adult chronic disease management is preferred. Technology used includes Samsung Note 9 phones and an EMR system called Homecare Homebase. The position may require travel within specified counties. Weekend-only work may involve traveling up to 100 miles, depending on case load. Scrub color required is grey for therapy staff.
