Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,466 per week in Shreveport, LA

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist/PT Specialty: Outpatient PT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty License: Current PT license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to manage a case load independently - Experience with specified patient types - Working with the multidisciplinary team Description: Manager interview required. Position is Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. Patient types include spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, amputees, multiple traumas, hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, post-cardiac surgery, post-COVID cases, and medically complex/debilitating patients. Acute care includes post-cardiac and orthopedic procedures as well as medically complex patients. Outpatient care involves general orthopedics (surgical and non-surgical), sports medicine, pediatrics (developmental), neuro-specific diagnoses (higher functioning), and spinal patients (surgical and non-surgical). Skilled nursing is similar to inpatient rehabilitation care.
