Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy Specialty: Multi-Modality (Home Health, Outpatient, Acute) Duration: Permanent position Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: Preferably 8 hours, but may consider 4 days of 10 hours each Experience: Strong general experience including some post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics. License: Current and valid state Physical Therapist license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Must-Have: Must have outpatient experience and both outpatient and inpatient experience preferred Description: A physical therapist is needed for a multi-modality position that encompasses home health, outpatient, and acute care settings. The position involves working at various facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a preference for 8-hour shifts but may consider variations of 4-day, 10-hour shifts. Candidates must have strong general experience, which should include some familiarity with post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics. Outpatient experience is mandatory, and both outpatient and inpatient experience is preferred. This position will involve a manager interview and an offer will be extended to suitable candidates. Candidates should be available for an immediate start date.
