Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine Required Must-Have: - Experience with orthopedic and total joint rehabilitation - ICU experience, including working with ventilated patients - Background in med-surg and oncology Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The position will involve inpatient care, with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population, including those on telemetry and in the ICU. The ideal candidate will have experience providing therapy for acute care patients and be comfortable with a variety of diagnoses. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting. This role may require weekend shifts and holiday work based on staffing needs. Successful applicants will be expected to perform therapy for ventilated patients in the ICU and provide rehabilitation services across all areas of the facility. A flexible schedule is necessary, with varied shifts available. The workplace environment includes both upright and ventilated patients, with a focus on comprehensive patient care. Staff may be required to wear professional attire. Experience in cardiology care, including cardiac surgeries, is a plus.
