Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or appropriate accrediting body.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license for the state of assignment (Washington required prior to start).
• BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Home health experience preferred, including conducting evaluations and providing skilled physical therapy in patient homes.
• Experience supervising and evaluating PTAs and home health aides preferred.
• Familiarity with home visit requirements: reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and electronic documentation systems, including email and online training platforms.
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.

• Primary Duties: Perform patient evaluations, provide therapeutic services per physician orders, document patient condition, participate in treatment planning, and provide education to patients, families, and agency personnel.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: May supervise and evaluate Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as assigned.
