Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for residents with balance, mobility, and functional deficits.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Contract Weeks: 14.
• Guaranteed Work Hours: 35 per week.
• Candidate may be expected to float to other units within the facility as needed.
