A leading rehabilitation services provider is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join an established therapy team serving residents in a senior living and rehabilitation environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and assess patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress
• Update and modify plans of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate
• Complete clinical documentation
• Participate in discharge planning
• Ensure quality patient outcomes

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current PT Licensure in Ohio or Compact State Eligibility
• Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
• Excellent Documentation Abilities
• Effective Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Independently
