The candidate will manage a variety of patient types and common diagnoses, including wounds, heart failure, diabetes, IV antibiotic administration, Foley catheter, and PICC line maintenance. The role requires on-call availability, which will be discussed during the interview process. Weekend rotations will occur once every fourth weekend. Support within the department is provided by an educator. The use of EMR systems and IV pumps is required, with specifics depending on local protocols. First-time travelers will be accepted, provided they meet the experience requirements. Additional holiday expectations will be discussed during the interview.
