Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Largo, Maryland: Begin your assignment in Largo, MD and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will perform patient evaluations, develop and update care plans, provide therapeutic services, and document progress. Responsibilities include instructing families, evaluating home environments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. You may supervise PT assistants and home health aides.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a current Maryland physical therapy license. CPR/BLS certification is required. Experience in home health or outpatient settings is preferred. Proficiency with electronic documentation and reliable transportation are recommended1.
