Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,512 per week in Santa Maria, CA

One year experience working in PT/OT/Speech. Home setting experience is preferred but not required. Description: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (government mandated form). They must possess one year experience working in PT/OT/Speech. Home setting experience is preferred but not required. Mileage will not be paid as this is an all-inclusive bill rate. Common diagnoses/Types of patients include PT/OT for orthopedic cases, strokes, joints, spinal injuries, and speech. Business attire with a white lab coat is required, and jeans are not permitted. The schedule includes flexible shifts, with the majority of work hours on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekend work is required every third weekend. Minor holidays are included, and major holidays only if needed. Shifts may be canceled up to four times during a 13-week assignment. Cerner is the charting system used. Rehab aides/OTA/PTA are usually permanent staff. Candidates will be assigned to a geographical region for coverage. Floor specific orientation will be approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks.
