Description: As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients. Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral. Develops comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment. Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments.
