Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Solvang, California: Begin your assignment in Solvang, CA and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, supervise home health aides and Physical Therapy Assistants, identify patient and family needs for additional home health services, and prepare clinical and progress summaries based on goal attainment12.
Required qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active California PT license. Experience in home health care and strong communication skills are recommended3.
