Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,568 per week in Barre, VT

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Tuesday - Saturday Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Vermont PT licensure Certifications: Home Health experience and OASIS experience required Must-Have: - No requested time off - McKesson/Netsmart EMR experience strongly preferred Description: Physical Therapist needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting. Assess a person's condition and develop individualized plans of care to help people reach their goals and maximize mobility and independence. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person's needs are met. Demonstrate ability to perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including ROM, strength, and balance tests. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to clients.
