Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or subacute setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and document per facility and state requirements.
• Experience with geriatrics, post-acute rehabilitation, wound care, and mobility training preferred.
• Current TB screening and immunizations per facility policy prior to start.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Shift Type: 5x8 (five 8-hour shifts per week).
