Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,644 per week in Portland, OR

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 5 days per week. Up to 6 patient visits per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points. No weekend requirement. No on-call requirement.

• Home health physical therapy position serving the western region with 1:1 patient care
• Efficient scheduling with grouped patient visits to minimize travel time; occasional maximum radius of 60 miles per day
• Free parking and IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided

• EPIC Remote Client and Rover app charting system with OASIS documentation
• Guaranteed hours with minimal call-off risk (up to one shift per two-week pay period)

• Active Physical Therapist license in both Oregon and Washington (required)
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Reliable personal transportation required for patient visits
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
