Key Responsibilities of the Travel Physical Therapist:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

Requirements of the Travel Physical Therapist:

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a clinical or hospital setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
