Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Expected schedule: 40 hours per week
• Coverage area includes Fort Bend and Harris Counties
• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend a month
