Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT (Physical Therapist) Specialty: Physical Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Mon-Fri with weekend/holiday rotation Hours per Shift: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist License: Active state license in Physical Therapy Certifications: CPR certification within 90 days of hire, BLS Certification required Must-Have: - Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (for those licensed after 2016) - Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills needed for patient care appropriate to the population served - Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills - Excellent computer skills and proficiency in processing detailed information accurately Description: Provide patient care and treatment in accordance with established therapy goals. Evaluate patients' physical and functional status to establish therapy goals and formulate treatment plans. Observe patients and document their status regularly. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members. Assist technicians and assistants in resolving patient care issues. Exhibit strong analytical ability for effective problem-solving. Demonstrate solid computer skills, particularly with Microsoft software. Show proficiency in detail-oriented work and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.
