Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Strong documentation skills and ability to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
