Patients may have physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Collaborate with the patient, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs. Coordinate services to meet those needs effectively. Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications. Comply with agency policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Weekend rotations are required once every six weeks. Ability to travel to assigned cases is necessary. Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years.
