Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current state license in Physical Therapy Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T. degree Description: The candidate will perform physical therapy in an outpatient setting primarily. Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Serves as a resource and provides structured educational opportunities in areas of specialization. Candidates must possess a current state license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. BLS certification is required. Previous experience with the Epic charting system is preferred. Applicants should be aware of the background policy and be prepared to disclose if they have any background hits or DUIs. A 7-year work history verification is required for all candidates. Candidates must provide accurate work history information going back 7 years from their start date. Additional documentation or contacts for verification may be required if positions cannot be verified.
