Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 24 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred License: Physical Therapy licensure required Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Must-Have: - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required, only if obtained after January 2016; or foreign equivalent. Description: Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Commits to the safety and wellbeing of associates and patients by adhering to vaccination requirements. Understanding of E-Verify participation and Right to Work notices is acknowledged. Maintains professional dress code as per organizational requirements. This position involves working in a large outpatient therapy clinic with a supportive team. Appointments are one-on-one, and treatment length is typically 60 minutes. Weekly schedule consists of 4x10 shifts, with a day off that can be adjusted based on clinic needs. Access to outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and beach activities is available. The role serves the local community and surrounding areas.
