Est. pay Gross

$63 - $75 p/h (blended, taxable + tax-free stipend)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans per physician orders and the Texas PT practice act
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait/balance training, and functional mobility interventions
• Complete Medicare-required evaluations, certifications/recertifications, and progress notes in the EMR
• Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP, and case management on interdisciplinary care and discharge planning
• Supervise PTAs and rehab aides as assigned
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with facility infection-control protocols

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas PT license (or compact/state license eligibility)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 1 2 years PT experience (skilled nursing/rehab preferred)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Geriatric or rehab clinical specialty
• Experience with SNF EMR/PointClickCare
