Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Sulphur, OK. In this role, you will practice primarily in an inpatient environment, with occasional outpatient duties as needed. You will work within a hospital swing bed program alongside other skilled therapists using EMR systems such as Web PT and TruBridge.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Coordinate care with PTAs and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure accurate documentation using Web PT and TruBridge
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a hospital setting
- Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Web PT and TruBridge
- Relevant state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with hospital swing bed programs preferred
