We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions. This role includes serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. The Physical Therapist completes evaluations to ensure quality standards are met and addresses areas requiring attention. Individualized treatment plans are established using appropriate clinical techniques and tools. Therapy interventions are provided following established treatment protocols and techniques. Care and discharge plans are individualized, with communication ensured to all relevant parties. The Physical Therapist is responsible for completing accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervision of assigned assistants is part of the role.
