Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and mobility techniques
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and facility standards
Requirements- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in applicable state
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient mobility care
- Ability to work full-time weekday shifts in a clinical setting
- Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
