Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises
- Provide education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care
- Document patient progress using the EPIC charting system
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
- BLS Certification
- Experience in an outpatient setting
