Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Assist patients in restoring physical function through evaluation and treatment
- Establish therapy goals and formulate treatment plans
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional status
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (or as specified by licensure date)
- Active IL PT license or eligibility to obtain one
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
