Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy in a hospital or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Experience with interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration and developing participant care plans preferred.
• Ability to perform home-based therapy visits and center-based therapy as part of the role preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience treating adult or geriatric populations preferred.
