Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Day Shift, 4 10's 6:50 am to 5:50 pm, expected hours per week is 40, 38 patient facing hours with 2 hours of documentation time, days off could be Tues/Wed or Thurs. caseload is only outpatient, there will be no on call. need..Oregon Physical therapy license, or compact license, BLS, while not required - Spanish language or vestibular certified is highly appreciatedEducation and Work of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016Two years' Physical Therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/ Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
