Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active WV PT license required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5
• No on call or weekends
• Coverage area includes Harrison, Marion, Taylor, Barbour, Lewis, Upshur, and Doddridge counties
