- Required Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Required Certifications & Licensure:
- California Physical Therapy license.
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards. .
Mandatory Experience:
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Epic Experience Required: Minimum of 6-12months within the past year.
- California Physical Therapy license or eligibility - Required
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards - Required
- Acute hospital setting experience required
- Epic Experience Required: Minimum of 6–12 months within the past year
- Shift: 8 hrs shifts, day, and 1 weekend a month
