- Allied Health License for or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Physical Therapist Assistant work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Must be licensed in NH & VT, hold a Valid Driver's License and agency level auto insurance
- Equipment/Procedures: Use of equipment such as ultra-violet and infrared lamps, low voltage generation, diathermy and ultrasonic machines
