Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy care at the primary clinic location as well as outreach sites
- Evaluate and treat an outpatient orthopedic patient population, seeing approximately 8 patients per day
- Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to facility policies including badging in and out and dress code requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) state license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics
- Proficiency with or ability to learn EPIC electronic charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
- Familiarity with outreach or multi-site clinic environments
