Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services primarily in a Med/Surg setting with occasional coverage in Acute Rehab
- Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Float to Acute Rehab unit as needed to support patient care demands
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately within the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience; new graduates with relevant clinical affiliations will be considered
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to EPIC EMR
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Med/Surg and Acute Rehab environment
- Compliance with facility dress code (black scrubs)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in Med/Surg or Acute Rehabilitation settings
- Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
