Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license — permanent state license required (compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements before assignment start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
