Key Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to restore patient function and mobility
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families while maintaining compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient populations
